SpamFixer

Your emails are landing in spam. We fix that.

Quotes, invoices, appointment reminders and replies to new customers should reach the inbox. Most of the time they don't because of a few missing DNS records. We find them and fix them for $199, on whatever email you use now.

Runs in your browser in a few seconds. We don't see or store the domain you check unless you ask us to email you the report.

Why business email ends up in spam

Since 2024, Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft check every message for proof that it really comes from you. If your domain can't prove it, your mail gets filtered, even when you did nothing wrong.

SPF is missing or broken

It lists the services allowed to send as you. Add a new tool, forget to update it, and that tool's mail fails.

No DKIM signature

A digital signature on each message. Many providers leave it switched off until someone turns it on.

No DMARC policy

Tells inboxes what to do with mail that fails the checks, and stops scammers sending as your business.

A bad sending reputation

A blocklisted IP, a website contact form sending from the wrong server, or a missing reverse DNS record.

The fix

$199 one-time, per domain

  • Full check of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS and blocklists
  • We find every tool that sends as you: email, website forms, booking, invoicing, CRM
  • We fix the records ourselves, or send you exact values to paste in
  • Test messages to Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo to confirm they reach the inbox
  • A short written report in plain English
  • Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, GoDaddy and any other provider

Nothing to fix? You don't pay.

We reply within one business day. Prefer email? hello@spamfixer.com

How it works

  1. Send us your domain. We check it and reply with what's wrong and what we'd change, before you pay anything.
  2. Give us DNS access, or a person who has it. That's usually wherever you bought your domain (GoDaddy, Squarespace, Namecheap, Cloudflare).
  3. We fix it and test it. Usually within two business days. You get the report and an invoice.

Selling online?

Order confirmations and shipping emails from WordPress and WooCommerce stores are some of the most common mail we see land in spam. The same goes for website contact forms that quietly lose enquiries.

Questions

Do I need to switch email providers?

No. We fix the setup you already have: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, your website's contact form, your booking or invoicing software. Most problems are DNS records that are missing, duplicated or don't list every service that sends for you.

What if you don't find anything to fix?

Then you don't pay. You still get a short note saying what we checked.

What do you need from me?

Your domain name, a list of the tools that send email for you, and either access to your DNS (where your domain is registered) or someone who can paste in the records we send.

How fast does it work?

Most fixes are done within two business days of getting DNS access, and DNS changes take effect within minutes to hours. If your domain already has a poor reputation, inbox placement improves over the following days to weeks.

Will this break my email?

No. We start DMARC in monitoring mode, check the reports, and only then tighten it, so legitimate mail keeps flowing while we work.
