The website
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them after 14 days.
The free email checker
The checker runs in your browser. To look up a domain's DNS records it sends the domain name to Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service (cloudflare-dns.com). We don't receive or store the domains you check.
The AI assistant connector
Our connector for AI assistants (such as Meta Muse or Claude) at spamfixer.com/mcp runs the same check on our server, so we do receive the domain you ask about. We record the domain, the time and the resulting score for usage statistics. We don't receive your name, your account details or the rest of your conversation with the assistant, and we don't use checked domains to contact anyone.
When you email us
We keep your messages and the details you give us (your name, business, domain and DNS information) to do the work and to reply. We don't sell or share them. If you give us access to your DNS, we use it only for the agreed fix, and you can revoke it at any time.
Emails from us
If we email you first, we found your business's public contact address on its website. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we won't contact you again.
